We loved our perfect 10/10 stay here and would recommend this place. Accommodating service, apologetic staff, breakfast was fine, bed was comfy.

The hotel was upscale and classic old, and the staff were exceptional, loved the ideal location very close to the lake, Magnificent Mile and shops. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a personal safe and a mini-refrigerator.

It was a brilliant stay, original place. Fab location, great value for money, splendid rooms. Do n't forget to explore Chicago Loop district. Having different alcoholic drinks in the sky bar was a very nice touch.

The hotel was big size, and the meals were great, I loved the perfect location next to museum and parks. Accommodating staff and warm rooms. Had a very nice stay here.

Extremely beautiful hotel, great value for money, easy location and lovely bed. Room had a marble-lined bathroom and a kettle, a storage and a safe. There was a great balcony with the garden view. The beach was natural. With the help of the very hard working staff, we had a very delightful stay.

I had a relaxing stay here, great value for money. Extremely competent personnel, good bed. Modern looking unit with utensils and plates. The service was THOUGHTFUL in my opinion.

Worth its 4 stars. Quiet rooms and helpful staff, Midway International airport is 9 miles from the accommodation. So close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Truly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant 720 South Bar, no need to go somewhere else.

All in all, it's great place. Located in a safe area. Had buffet breakfast ; moreover there was Snax close by. We had a lake view from our room. In addition, Wi Fi was handy. Really enjoyed it.

location really close to buckingham fountain and easy access to magnificent mile. lasalle "l" is in 5 minutes walk from the hotel. mercat a la planxa is only a short distance to the venue.
